Cindy Douglas is an accomplished 30-year veteran of the southern California home mortgage environment. Her expertise spans from starting as a loan processor, to becoming a high producing originator, then moving on to lead production and operations management.
Mrs. Douglas’ professional career has included roles as the founder of three companies, the architect of a custom database serving 4000 retail loan officers, the building of a real estate lending department from the ground up for a 100,000 member based credit union, a public speaker, and author. Her firm Cindy Douglas & Associates assists companies in reaching the ultimate pinnacle: Sustainable business growth.
