About Winslow Reports

How many times have you been in a hiring situation, sitting in front of the candidate, running through your battery of questions trying to divine if the picture they are painting of themselves is real? Take the guesswork out of finding the right person for the job. Our Winslow Certified Coaches show you how.

Most organizations understand the significant cost of making a bad hiring decision. The fact is that most resumes contain exaggerated, subjective information, and strict federal laws make it nearly impossible to obtain negative information from prior employers.

For most organizations the cost of evaluating an applicant with a Winslow Assessment is less than one day’s wage for that applicant — an insignificant amount when compared to hiring and training a person who will fail.

Join the major leagues. Park the “gut reaction” on whom to hire. Hire right. Hire better.

Winslow analysis and reports is brought to you by Cindy Douglas & Associates.

How it works

Your Winslow Report is prepared from the results of the Winslow Dynamics Profile, a validated personality assessment instrument that measures personality traits. This comprehensive Profile measures the 24 personality characteristics related to career success and personal contentment. The Profile is Internet based, user-friendly, and enables you to complete the Profile at your location and convenience.

The Profile takes less than one hour to complete, and your results are available on the Internet shortly after the Profile is complete.

We are Certified Winslow Dynamic consultants.

This assessment measures 24 personality characteristics in four trait groups:

  • Interpersonal Traits influence the quality and effectiveness of interactions with managers, peers, subordinates, customers, friends, relatives and others.
  • Organizational Traits affect the ability to organize and control all elements of one’s personal and physical environment.
  • Dedication Traits are fundamental to success and happiness, regardless of the participant’s career, position, or personal lifestyle.
  • Self-Control Traits indicate his/her normal emotional state, the ability to cope with stress, and the capacity to manage emotions in stressful situations.
  • Dedication Traits determine the participant’s respect for managers, other authority figures and the management / coaching process.
  • Competitiveness Traits indicate the participant’s level of competitiveness and desire to achieve success in his or her career and personal lifestyle.
